Dharma Book Club

With Irene Woodard and Dana Fulmer

January 16 - February 6, 2025

How We Live is How We Die by Pema Chodron

We will discuss Pema’s newest book which shares wisdom for living with ease, joy, and compassion, including how to prepare for death with curiosity and openness. The book shares teachings on the bardos of life and death, as well as practical methods for transforming life’s most challenging emotions about change and uncertainty into a path of awakening and love.  Participants should acquire a copy of the text and read the first 50 pages before the first meeting.

Dana Fulmer & Irene Woodard will co-facilitate, but this will be a true book club where we will all share our insights, inquiry, and reflections.

Fee: $50 or $15 per session
Attend online or in person!
