This online class explores the path of meditation & insight as taught by the Buddha. Through readings, discussion, & contemplative exercises, we will delve into fundamental teachings on impermanence, suffering, karma, and the path of meditation. These teachings are always fresh and accessible; both new and experienced meditators are warmly invited to join the community of learners. We will be using the text The Path of Individual Liberation by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.

Dana Fulmer
Dana has been a teacher and meditation instructor in the Karma Kagyu tradition of Buddhism for over 30 years. As a teacher, she is especially interested in exploring practical applications of dharma and in creating an interactive community for participants. Dana is a student of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.

Daniel Berlin was a co-founder of Sky Lake and for over forty years has been a student of Buddhism. He has been teaching Dharma classes for thirty years. He is a father of two teenagers and is a practicing artist.
