With Mark Power
November 2, 2024
The Four Foundations of Mindfulness were essential guidance taught by the Buddha to his disciples which continue to be a fresh and helpful way to ground our meditation practice today. In this interactive program, we will explore teachings, meditative techniques, and creative contemplative approaches to each of the foundations: Mindfulness of Body, Feelings, Mind, and Phenomena. The program will be in-person, allowing us to take advantage of our beautiful woodland setting and to settle into an embodied experience. Come, enjoy community while we engage with different aspects of our experience. $25.00
