Traditional Chinese Qigong Levels I & II

With Acharya Arawana Hayashi

September 29 - 30, 2018

Cultivate strength of body and calmness of mind through the healing Taoist practice of qigong. This intensive program is a rare opportunity to receive instruction in two unique qigong lineages–the Pre-Celestial Limitless Gate School (Xiantianwujimen) and the Yiquan School. These practices are being held and laugh by Dr. Eva Wong, and her qualified teachers, and are only offered at Shambhala centers.

In Level I, we will practice techniques to strengthen the musculoskeletal systems, nourish internal organs, circulate energy, and still the mind. In Level II, we will delve more deeply into postures that cultivate flexibility, strength, and softness in the joints, muscles, and tendons. Will will also learn self-massage techniques to support our internal orange and circulate qi, or life energy, through our meridians.

Levels 1 and 2 are the pre-requisites for Levels 3-5, which are being offered here in October! Register for both these programs to receive a 15% discount. When you register, pay only the deposit, then contact us and we will apply the discount to the tuitions.
