Pema Chodron Video Class: “Get off the Wheel of Suffering”

Thursday evenings, 7:15 PM on May 14, 21, 28 and June 4 , Sky Lake will broadcast (pre-recorded video) and host live discussions of a series of talks by Pema Chodron entitled “Get off the Wheel of Suffering.”  Each of the 4 evening sessions will be a subsequent talk in the series, and may be attended separately or together.

All are welcome to stay after sitting on Thursday night or just come at 7:15 to participate!  You may drop in to any one of the 4 evenings, or come to all of them as a series.  If you register online for all four, you pay only $30!  You may also drop in and pay $10 each time.
